Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from our facility in Virginia. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information immediately. We do not overpromise timelines — we deliver them.

Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, launches, or periods of unusually high volume, but we always aim to communicate clearly and fulfill as quickly as possible.

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. To qualify, products should be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible.

Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We keep the process direct because that is how it should be.

If you need an exchange or have a question before sending something back, contact us first and we will help you handle it correctly.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that point, they may already be in fulfillment and can no longer be modified.

If you entered the wrong address or need to update something, contact us as quickly as possible. We will always try to help when timing allows.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with a clear photo if relevant. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a package appears lost, first check the tracking link, nearby delivery areas, neighbors, or building management. Some carriers mark items delivered slightly early. If it still does not appear after 24 hours, reach out and we will assist from there.
